Kevin, we had a great time with our immediate family over on Christmas to rip into presents and then eat more than we should. Successful by any measure, I suppose! Here’s hoping your Christmas and New Year’s were both great. Thanks for being so supportive of my blog. Your readership is much appreciated.

Belated Merry Christmas my friend. On Christmas Day we went to Church and after the mass celebration we passed by the Nativity scene and greeted baby Jesus a Happy Birthday. Just wanted to share with my son the true meaning and gift of Christmas, which is the birth of Jesus to save us all and because he love us so much. God bless.

It’s so good to hear that you are passing along traditions that mean a lot to you over to your son. And you are right — Christmas is a gift to all of us. Best wishes for a neat year ahead.
