You’ve no doubt heard of the farm-to-table movement, one we embrace heartily especially in the summer. Produce stands and temporary farmers’ markets pop up in some of the most unlikely places like church parking lots, downtown squares, and temporary make-shift areas off the interstate.
As we were traveling to Pawleys Island, South Carolina, we spotted a small market in a little lean-to shed with fresh produce — watermelons, tomatoes, snap beans, and fresh Gramling Farms peaches.
