I read it in my email, but forgot to respond when I got back to my site. Yes, they talk crazy, and I love it! Had a conversation with the bus driver on the way to the hotel from the airport. We both laughed at what we say. I’m truly surprised they understand our slow way of talking, and I wasn’t sure about
“Pahk” for park myself! Oh, well. If truth be known, I would love for regional dialects to stay around a long, long time. It’s what makes this country so rich.
